Experienced Credit Hire Fee-earners are required by one of the foremost insurance litigation firms in the UK, acting for over 30 major insurance organisations
This is a dynamic, expanding firm with excellent prospects for a reliable person with a mature and conscientious outlook.The Delegated Authority Unit offers a highly systemised service to handle large volumes of pre-litigated, small and fast track litigated cases. The key focus of the role is to pursue settlement of files quickly and efficiently whilst ensuring client guidelines are followed.
We are looking for excellent Credit Hire Litigators who have an understanding and experience of handling Credit Hire files so that they can review files, formulate a strategy and liaise with insured and insurers where necessary.
In addition to demonstrable experience handling your own case load, applicants should possess a good standard of education, have good telephone negotiation skills, an ability to plan and prioritise workload, the confidence to use their own initiative, be able to use sensitivity and tact when appropriate, possess good IT skills and experience with a modern Case Management System.
