Company and Commercial Solicitor required to develop a new department under the Head of Department. My client has seen an upturn in instructions since the beginning of the year and the successful candidate will be expected to hit the ground running.
Ideally you will have undertaken both corporate transactional and commercial contracts work, and be experienced in all aspects of corporate law, especially for SMEs, and be able to work alone and as part of a team.
Candidates will need to be able to demonstrate strong technical skills combined with the ability to build relationships with clients and an understanding of the importance of marketing. Prior experience in business development would be an advantage. My client is looking for somebody who is able to balance professionalism with being personable.
